Ahoy there, mateys… Well, the weekend past made it hard to celebrate the pirate tradition – we’ve had stormy weather on the ocean for the first time in over a month. Sunny skies gave way to a howling and hollering wind… and the rain came down. Still, given the local history, there’s always a pirate or two to be found somewhere. This not so jolly fellow welcomes the little ones to a playpark version of the Golden Hinde. Come rain or shine, he’s there… it’s almost… as if… his eye sockets follow me no matter where I walk 😉
