Ups And Downs
27 September 2021
I like my mental state level… smooth… always balanced… without any massive gyrations. And it is true – I feel it is everyone’s duty to have as strong and reliable a grip on their emotional state as they can. But when it comes to landscapes, I love the ups and downs, the hills and valleys, the highs and lows, the peaks and the depths. No matter where the landscape takes you – if you are firmly on your feet – the temporary never feels permanent. You can walk all over, be where you are, appreciating each place for what it is. At least, that’s the goal right? Sometimes, we all feel down, or up. Sometimes, that’s even justified. Still though – once you’ve walked enough, you know that no one road looks exactly like another. And that there is always an unexpected turn or two, just around the corner.
